  • 17 May 2022 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. It is not my wish to interrupt Hon. (Dr.) Oundo. However, he is repeating what has already been said with authority. We therefore, need your guidance. When one states as a matter of fact that a Nominee is not tax compliant, it should be consistent with the documents. I have Annexure 9 with me. It bears a letter from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in respect to Mr. John Ogallo, dated 12th May 2022. The ultimate paragraph says: view
