Now that the Deputy Speaker and the substantive Speaker have already clearly directed us that on issues of interpretation, we refer them to the High Court and it has pronounced itself, this amendment Bill introduces amendments to 60 different statutes. I wanted to prosecute that so that we determine its constitutionality before we go to the Committee of the whole House.
