I am surprised when the hon. Member for Busia County says that she has never faced discrimination as a lady in this country. We have women doing table banking, merry-go-rounds and small chamas that are trying to mobilise their resources for the betterment of their families. The only way for them to access banking services is through microfinance institutions. I am also happy that the role of the Central Bank has been specified and clarified and Kenyans’ money will be taken care of.
