Is he aware that private millers, especially those ones in Kisumu, are currently forcing farmers to sell their maize to them at around Kshs1,600 a bag and that, at the same time, the price of their flour in the supermarkets has now gone up to about Kshs125 per two-kilogrammes? Could he clarify that something can be done about that? view
