This is a new broom composed of well experienced and distinguished Kenyans. It is a team that will bring a new image and vision to the PSC. I note with disappointment the colossal loss of money that has been incurred by these entities. Therefore, it is important, noting that these are public finances that thorough investigations must be carried out to make sure that no individuals make themselves millionaires or billionaires from the public coffers.
