While appreciating that answer, it is very clear that a report had been made by the brother to the deceased to the police station pursuant to which one person was arrested and released. I do not know whether the Assistant Minister is aware that, that happened. That being the case, when is the investigation into the death of Mr. David Ngugi Njung’e going to be completed? view
