I am glad that this evening my colleagues have made very strong presentations on pubic participation. I listened to Sen. Sang and Sen. Chelule emphasize the need for adopting the use of ICT in public participation. Beginning with this Senate, whenever we have had public participation, particularly those that we hold at the Kenya International Convention Center (KICC), the Senate mainly uses the print media to communicate to people that we will have public participation.
