(b) in subsection (6) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) – (fa) the promotion of education. Rather than repeat the reasons why those considerations are being made, that is in Section 33. That makes it much clearer. view

This is a question of renumbering the clauses properly. In sub clause (1) by inserting the words “solicit or” immediately after the words “shall not”.
