I think a letter to that effect has been directed to the Clerk of the National Assembly. Matters of circumcision are handled by that Ministry. The Assistant Minister is here and he confirms that the Clerk has not yet communicated to the Ministry for an answer to this Question. view

However, that is the information that my secretary gave me this afternoon as I was coming to the National Assembly. I am sure that Dr. James Gesami is quite accomplished in matters of circumcision. I believe that when the time comes for him to do so, he will competently reply to the House. view

The Assistant Minister for Public Health and Sanitation has already indicated to the House that the answer to this Question will be ready on Thursday, 4th December. view
