If you finish an election, you have fatigue of the election and you are not able to prepare this within one month. So, I propose an amendment to the effect “three months after the date of an election”. view

If we have to depend on irrigation, we have to depend on water. So, the dams and pans that we need to do are very important. I urge the Committee on Implementation to ensure that this Motion is implemented once it is passed so that dams and pans are built in different constituencies.
