Deputy Speaker, I am also aware that we have issues in the oil exploration areas in northern Kenya where we are being told that there are certain diseases that are being related to drilling. The first amendments are just a matter of procedure but looking at the part where we have inserted KUPPET and KNUT, we felt as a Committee that it is better to be that democratic so that teachers themselves can make a decision on having only one slot within the board and also in the spirit of reducing the number of board members. It is true that we felt that it is too punitive to charge five times when you do not remit in time.
