Dr Rachael Kaki Nyamai

Racheal, a trained teacher surprised many when she defied the Wiper Democratic Party wave in her region to easily win the Kitui South parliamentary seat. Charity Ngilu has been her inspiration since she was in school. In her term of service she would like to push for improved standard of education, adequate water, food security and equitable distribution of CDF in Kitui South.

Opiyo for finding and investing his time on this Bill. This is a very important piece of legislation within the current constitutional dispensation. This Bill seeks to provide a framework for establishing powers and functions of the Kenya National Aids Authority, so that we can have a kind of institution that controls funding for HIV/AIDS.
