It is well specified that it will provide a framework on protection and promotion of traditional knowledge. It will be important because we have many children born in Kenya and some outside Kenya. It has become a very costly business venture for ordinary Kenyan to continue banking. Kenyans who have taken mortgages are unable to repay the loans because interest rates keep going up. When they visit health facilities and obtain records, sometimes it is not easy for them to keep those records when they go back home. However, once we establish these professionals, it will then be easy to recall records from the information already recorded in the hospital, and to follow up what happened to a patient when they came to the hospital.
