Secondly, as women Members of Parliament, we have read the Bill and understood it. We have discussed it with the Minister and the technical staff in the Ministry of Health. So, we understand it very well. Therefore, hon. Jakoyo Midiwo can talk about my breasts, but he does not have to tell me to go and read the Bill because I have already read it and I am ready to debate.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, is it in order for the Assistant Minister to say that this House should come up with guidelines and policies when this House has passed an Act on human trafficking? This Ministry itself has also come out clearly and admitted that there is a problem which is documented. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if it is possible, I would like this House to go back to the HANSARD once in a while. I would want Mr. Mbadi who is an expert of raising temperatures on such issues--- I want to remind this House that Mr. Mbadi did not only whip up the emotions of this House to replace the Parliamentary Service Commission, he even went to the media and anticipated that issue.
