• 7 Mar 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Board of Management of NEMA completed the recruitment process and submitted three names to the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources in September 2011. However, as the Ministry was drafting a devolution strategy, further analysis of staff positions in NEMA through internal consultations was necessary and because the process had to be participatory, it took a while.
