  • 17 May 2007 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. My colleague knows very well that our business here is to pass laws. We have remained behind because of the last long recess. Now, we have limited time to dispose of all these Bills. We are not answerable to anybody else except Kenyans. That should be known. view

  • 2 May 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have plans to construct a museum and build a library so that the young people of Maralal District could, in future, learn more about their heroes and heroines. Those are the people who sacrificed their pleasures to make Kenya independent. view
  • 2 May 2007 in National Assembly: Indeed, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to assure the people of Maralal District, through this House, that whatever we will put up there will be for their own interest. Our aim is to empower local people both economically and historically. view

  • 18 Apr 2007 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Since the hon. Member has brought up all kinds of accusations and allegations which he cannot validly convince anyone of us, is it not in order for him to withdraw everything so that it is removed from the record? view
  • 29 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister is out of the country and unfortunately, we do not know whether he has left any message with anybody. He is definitely not in the country. view
  • 29 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, this is the Government and we take full responsibility of whatever happens in this Chamber. When I was coming, because we share the same building with the Leader of Government Business, he was called to go to State House. So, this is why he is not here. view
