Jambo ambalo ningependa kumkumbusha Waziri na maofisa wake ni kwamba katika Mkoa wa Pwani biashara ya utalii ni takriban asilimia 60 ya biashara zote zinazofanywa huko. Watalii hutalii eneo la pwani sana ijapokuwa zile barabara muhimu ambazo wanatumia hawa watalii zimesahauliwa. Hazikutajwa kabisa katika bajeti ya Wizara hii. • 6 Jul 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) by deleting the word "universal" wherever it occurs; (b) by inserting the following new definition in proper alphabetical sequence- "museum" means a public or private institution which collects, preserves, analyses and exhibits objects of cultural and natural heritage. view

(b) by deleting paragraph (n) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (n) subject to the provisions of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, conduct environmental impact assessments. view
