He is insinuating that there is some illegality in the proceedings of the business before us. It is the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the NG-CDF at that time who presents the names to the Speaker. As to where he gets them, it is stated in that Act. It says: “The Cabinet Secretary will present the names.” There is no provision of advertising and requiring members to apply. It does not arise. He is out of order. view
