  • 6 Apr 2017 in National Assembly: I remember him telling his people to vote in a certain way. He should not divide the people of Narok. We are a very peaceful county and we want it to remain that way. I am requesting the people of Narok to vote from their hearts and brains not through violence or tribalism. They should vote for the best leaders irrespective of their parties. Let nobody out there tell them about tribe. I support the Adjournment Motion and request my friends to spread the message of peace, tolerance and unity in this country. Thank you. view

We must provide sanitary towels to our girls. Somebody said that there are facilities to handle those things. We must have a place to dispose of the sanitary towels once they are used. We must have clearly defined areas for girls’ sanitary needs. This is something that must be done with speed and without any further delay. view

It is important that they undergo three months’ training to ensure that we have competent directors who are not controlled by the management. So, it is a good thing. However, as you also pointed out, sub clause 2 is not clear. What is a nominating authority? It should be defined. This is because any person can be nominated by an authority. So, there is confusion which may need to be rectified. view
