Schools that were not performing begin to perform immediately because performance has always been a governance issue. Therefore, when we talk about ranking, we talk about an indicator that points to us that there is a problem which needs attention. Why do we want to kill the indicator that is so important in the management of our education?   • 25 Feb 2015 in National Assembly: because they are living in poverty even though Independence has come. Last year, we were celebrating our Jubilee since we attained Independence. During that celebration, we should have highlighted the number of people who suffered when they were fighting for Independence. As a Kenyan society, we need to recognize all those fallen heroes in such a way that we can have them in our museums. It is high time we discussed the history of this country from a very positive point of view.
