(b) in subclause (2) by deleting paragraph (b); the committee felt that the provision was too punitive to the professionals; (c) in subclause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)— “(e) payment of annual subscription fee for the current license period.” This is to cure the deletion of paragraph (b). view
