This issue of cattle rustling has been there for a while. I thank the Chairman, Departmental Committee on Administration and Security for the response he has given. However, there is a police station at a place called Mokil, and at times, you find that they have challenges when it comes to patrolling using vehicles. At the outset, I want to support this amendment. When you say that we change the provision for party lists to be submitted 45 days before the general election to 21 days after the general election, what it means is that we open up the general election competition to everybody because those who have been put on the party lists more often than not do not participate in the general election. At times you need to learn. The Elmolo are found on the shores of Lake Turkana. Lake Turkana used to be called Lake Rudolf in the past. It is in the Turkana area. Then, 21 days after the general elections and based on party strength, the party can decide so-and-so is a useful person representing this-and-that interest and can be nominated.
