This money will be spent in this country. It will, in fact, act as a stimulus to the economy. There is nothing wrong with borrowing money so long as it is used in the most economic and viable manner. The USA has borrowed about US$900 trillion. There is nothing wrong with borrowing, so long as the money is used well. view

Let me, first of all, take this early opportunity to thank the Minister, his PS and the staff of the Ministry for a job well done since the Minister was appointed to that Ministry. The Minister could not have been taken to a better Ministry. I know most of the people there. His Permanent Secretary used to be the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs. I also know the Director of Survey and the Commissioner of Lands. They are competent people. view
