The cheque for salaries of staff in our constituencies for this month has not been received. We are told there is no money. Arrears have not been paid. We are told there is no money. To me, this Motion should have passed like yesterday. It is important that we give Government departments money, so that they can start running. We have a lot of problems of insecurity.
