So, what I am saying is that, under that Standing Order, he should refer to his notes and the Report. But he should not read verbatim. That is what the Standing Order says. view

Among the areas to be looked into is the possibility of establishing a demarcation board which will determine the boundaries of the local authorities based on their viability.
