Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to make a very simple solution to all these three different issues. Clauses 7(a), (b), (c) and (d) remain as they are but you put to protect the concerns we say “subject to section 43”. The amendment will be deleting (b) and (c) but I am saying that we subject all of them to “subject to section 43”.
