As a way forward, we do not need to make this institution impotent because this is what we are doing. I will propose that, as a compromise--- view

Clauses 7(a), (b), (c) and (d) remain as they are but you put to protect the concerns we say “subject to section 43”. The amendment will be deleting (b) and (c) but I am saying that we subject all of them to “subject to section 43”. view
