THAT, Clause 10 (1) (e) of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “the relevant committee of” before the word “Parliament” and strike out the word “to” before the word “Parliament” to read as follows:- 10 (1)(e) “Consider budget proposals and economic trends and make recommendations to the relevant committee of Parliament with respect to the proposals and trends;”
