The Departmental Committee Chair has done a good thing in proposing that we should not arm the private security guards that we employ for a month or a week. Those are the people we entrust with the responsibility of guarding our residences. There are times when people come late and you do not know where they have come from. They have not been trained properly and some of them are not even properly educated. view

I come from the county where we have the source of water - which is Mt. Kenya. We get all the water that supplies electricity in this place. But it is so dry that we need a lot of water.
