Sabina Chege is a woman of many talents and used to be an actor at Kenya National Theatre. She served as a radio presenter for many years where she addressed development and women issues. Transforming people is her passion.

The amendment seeks to remove the requirement of a doctorate degree for appointment as the chairperson of the board as contained in the Bill. Further, the amendment is to increase the years of experience of the chairperson from five to 15 years. We had said the chairperson should have a doctorate degree. That one is removed.
