The motive and purpose for this shift was not made clear. We hope that this House will raise the matter and address it. • 30 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: I was very disappointed when I heard the reasons given for a nominee rejected by the Committee, while they did not even notice that one nominee whom they passed is not qualified. Actually, the nominee the Committee purports to drop is qualified for the job we are debating. I hope the House, apart from being gender sensitive, which is very good; it is not part of the requirement. If it was, and I heard Hon.
