Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (1)— (a) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following paragraph— “(a) from the Thursday before Good Friday to the Wednesday after Easter Monday, inclusive;” (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “September” and substituting therefor the word “August”; (c) in paragraph (c) by deleting the expression “13th” and substituting therefor the expression “7th”. If you say prescribed you do not know under which law, but written laws are those laws written by Parliament. view
