Many times we have run into problems as advocates when we cannot find records, and nobody takes responsibility. So, we want to assign this responsibility to the Registrar to ensure that records can be found whenever they are required. view

We do not want the Presiding Judge or the Principal Judge in this matter to decide the performance indicators that will apply to the Judges of the Court of Appeal.
