If you calculate the number of Kikuyus and Luos who are here, the Luos are more than their percentage in the population. If we were to consider it, we should reduce the number of Luos in the commissions and add to the Kalenjins, who are fewer. view

There are a lot of pleas here that this is a very important Procedural Motion and I stand to Second in light of the very important Motion that is contained in Order No. 9. I totally agree with hon. Mbadi, who has just mentioned that the next Order is very important. As the Greek philosopher, Socrates said, “The unexamined live is not worth living.” So it is important we examine our lives as we debate the State of the Nation Address by the President. I second. view
