What this Witness Protection Agency was seeking to do was to give itself powers to establish, reconstitute and abolish instruments as maybe necessary. We do not think that is their function. It does not have any power to abolish any instruments or to constitute anything. We cannot give that power to them as Parliament. So, we propose that it be deleted. view
