Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word ‘to’ appearing immediately after the words ‘Act and’ and substituting therefor the word ‘with’. That was just a small correction there. Let me mention this for the benefit of Members; all regulations that will be made by the Council must be brought to the House and they will be examined by the Committee on Delegated Legislation. view

My proposed amendment was to delete the word “to” and replace with the words “with the approval”, so that all regulations, which will be made by the Council shall be subjected to the approval of the members.
