  • 27 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: Unfortunately, I have a flu and so, I keep on losing my voice. I was saying that, as you know, hon. Ochieng is a member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and he has been part and parcel of this process. I think this was an oversight because Clause 5 contradicts Clause 2 and, therefore, I withdraw that proposed amendment; sub-clause 5. view
