There will be a number of members who are enumerated in Clause 91(c). Secondly, they are supposed to deliberate on and resolve issues affecting the people as they are representatives of the people. So, when a board is created at the county level, it will be part of the mandate of the Member of Parliament of the constituency to deliberate and resolve the issues of their constituents.
