I must have freedom of debate. That is a constitutional requirement. I have been consulted by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Whip of the Majority Party who are members of the Jubilee Coalition and I report to them. They have instructed me to withdraw all the amendments I have. I withdraw all the amendments except the proposed New Clause 37A.

Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, Hon. Kaluma is a very loyal member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. There is no doubt about it and he knows it. He also knows that I am also a very loyal member of the Jubilee Coalition and the Leader of the Majority Party happens to be the leader of my party. The Whip of the Majority Party is also a leader in my party. So, there is nothing wrong.
