We know that Article 174 of the Constitution 2010, is about objects of devolution of Government. Some of the objects are to give powers of self-governance in all parts of the country, to promote social and economic development, to ensure equitable sharing of national and local resources and to facilitate the decentralisation of State organs, their functions and services, from the capital of Kenya.
