  • 6 Aug 2019 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I hope that during the process, the Committee will delve deeper because this is just a small case that represents a bigger issue of pastoralists dispossessed of their land. So, I really want to agree that this Committee will probably spend time to understand the issues and move on to help this particular POKA Group Ranch. view
  • 6 Aug 2019 in Senate: You will find that many holding grounds in the country may be revisited using this particular Committee and, therefore, I would like the Committee to look deeper into this issue. I support. view

  • 6 Aug 2019 in Senate: No, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I will advise that we make a fresh request when a different issue is being discussed. I want to congratulate Sen. • 31 Jul 2019 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you and colleagues in welcoming the delegation from Estonia. As Sen. Halake stated, this delegation is a friend of our Committee. We appreciate the extent of their advancement in the ICT world. We appreciate that we can learn something from Estonia. view
  • 31 Jul 2019 in Senate: I would like to welcome the students from Nairobi and Bungoma counties. I would like to tell them that all the corners of this country are represented and protected here. When they sharpen their skills in literature and debating, they might find themselves here one day. I urge them to do their best and sharpen their talents. Leadership will one day come out of the talents that they possess. I hope that whatever they learn here today stays with them to the day that they might become leaders to represent all the corners of Kenya in this Chamber. view

  • 30 Jul 2019 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I support the Statement, I urge the Committee to look at the Commission that have been constituted by the Government to look into these issues at the national level. More importantly, I would like to suggest that we do not broaden this Statement so much. We should pick an area and it will tell us the whole story. If we make it look like the whole ... view
