Even a point of order has to be raised in an orderly fashion. Order! Order! What is happening? What has happened all of a sudden? Order! Order! There is no quarrel in a debate. Anyone who wants to raise a point of order should do so in an orderly manner. You do not have to shout or be loud about it.
