Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to focus on four or five issues. We need a different group of people who are committed to forming political parties to stand by this Bill, when it is passed. I am not sure whether we qualify for that. I do not think so. This is the only House where you find the Leader of Government Business on that end, being named as a leader of another party.
