It is expected that when we come back from these meetings, we have learnt something that we will then transmit to our Parliament. By reading, we actually improve our democracy and we should read the reports. Let the trips that are made and the reports that are written not be in vain. There are many communities that do not benefit from the knowledge. Capacity building is a requirement as of necessity. Does the Assistant Minister intend to make this available to communities or does he want to wait for Questions to be asked in Parliament? view
