Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thought that, maybe, the Minister should have checked to see if Mr. Mwancha was around, before issuing the Statement, since he was the one who had requested for it. However, since he has come, I am concerned that we have been trying to deal with the problem of water hyacinth, although it still exists. The Nairobi dam is filled with it and is still a menace.
