It should actually be the concern of the State that when a child is born, the tracking of that child from the age of zero to the age of 18 years, should be the Government’s business to identify where they were born so that at 18 years we do not have to labour so much to get an ID. At that time, the Government was keen on issuing IDs. You will find a lot of people who have lost their IDs who are reluctant to get a voter’s card. Some of us now who require people to vote end up having few registered voters because of lack of IDs. He said it correctly. Other people are the ones who said that, not me. There should be no doubt at all that I am a Kenyan. view
