Member that, yes, it has taken some time, but with this current position now, we are actually giving 45 days when he will actually get a Kenya Gazette Notice telling him that the land has now reverted back to its original usage. With the new constitutional dispensation, we have actually communicated with the KACC and within 45 days, the result will be seen. view
