  • 5 Aug 2009 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply. (a) There is no Government land in Emuhaya District according to the records held in the Ministry of Lands. In this regard, there is no cadastral map for the area. (b) Survey of land can be initiated by any interested person by making application to the area Land Registrar who shall ascertain and fix boundaries. It is only after the boundaries have been fixed that the survey of the land can be carried out. So the District Commissioner, Emuhaya, can initiate the process by applying to the area Lands Registrar. view
