We have a youth representing the male and we should also have a youth representing the females. This is something that touches some of us very deeply. We know that there are many NGOs and other civil society groups which champion these issues, but I do not see what they do. It affects all the counties and we need to have a Garbage Management Authority which will be responsible for transporting and disposal of garbage to a proper dumpsite.
