What is the propriety of you basing a claim of breach of the law and misconduct on a matter that is still live before a court of law that was coming for a decision today? view

Make it clear what Government resources of the County Government of Meru were used at the Okolea meetings. Finally, the Counsel for the Assembly should clarify whether in his understanding of Section 22 ... view

  • 2 Nov 2023 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my understanding of the Standing Orders, a Motion for limitation of debate should come from the Floor. It cannot be the place of the Speaker to limit the amount of time that Members are going to contribute to any particular matter. view

ODM is the largest political party in East and Central Africa and I happen to be the Secretary General of the party. Mr. Deputy Speaker, I support the Petition. In fact, we are not arguing about whether people who have questionable education or no education at all cannot lead. We are saying, what education does grants you the tools to be able to effectively lead. I am a ... view
