A look at 23D requires that there shall be an environment impact assessment for every carbon trading project. • 10 Aug 2023 in Senate: Just a minute, Senate Majority Leader, please. I heard you in silence. I am saying that it was a request of the Committee and not a request of the Minority Side for Sen. Shakilla Abdalla to move that Motion. She was just doing her job as a Member of the Committee. I do not think that particular point has been made in good faith. I wish it is clear that Sen. Shakila Abdalla only moved the Report upon request of her Committee. It is not a directive that came from the leadership of the Minority side. view
